It’s that time of year to update your Membership Toolkit profile or create one if you haven’t yet! To ensure you have the right access for your students, make sure to designate the correct teacher(s) when updating your students.
 The PVUSD IT department has been very busy working on a website to help parents and students navigate and access their classes, passwords, and more. The website is PV Assist. Click HERE, on the image above, or the button on the left rail of the newsletter to access the support for PV Schools Online Services. Governing Board Meetings The Governing Board will be meeting tonight for a Study Session, followed by a special meeting Friday, September 18. The Reopening Plan will be discussed during these meetings. Board Meetings can be viewed live via YouTube.

Proposed School Boundary Changes PV District Boundary Committee has developed a proposal for a change in boundaries that impacts Grayhawk in where our students are zoned for Middle School and may affect the option to open enroll at the desired school of your choice. Currently, we are zoned for Mountain Trail Middle School however, the current proposal will zone our students to Explorer Middle School where greater than 95% of students currently open enroll. There has been some opposition to this proposal, so the Grayhawk PTO President wrote a letter to the Governing Board for consideration at their meeting last week where this was further discussed. If you feel inclined to provide any feedback in favor of or opposed to the proposal please email governingboard@pvschools.net. We are currently in the process of putting together additional plans to make sure our voice is heard and we are represented in their decision making. Once the plan is devised, we will be sharing what has been outlined and will offer some additional ways for you to help!
